Mineral casting is the technical term for a material made from mineral fillers such as quartz sand or rock powder
and a binding agent (polyester or epoxy resin). The material is poured into molds. The finished washbasin is covered with a 1-2 mm thick, color-giving layer of polyester resin (gel coat). This material gives the washbasin its glossy surface. Washbasins made of mineral cast have a pore-free surface and, due to their low thermal conductivity, give a pleasantly warm feeling when in contact with the skin. They are resilient, relatively break-proof and resistant to most commercially available household cleaners or acetone.
• Cleaning & Care:
Mineral cast should only be cleaned with a soft sponge/cloth and sand-free liquid cleaners or the Cramer special cleaner “Mineral-Star” and mineral cast cleaners.
• Repair:
Fine scratches can be removed with the Cramer Acryl-Star. The touch-up pen and the repair set are only suitable to a limited extent and colour variations may occur under certain circumstances.

Both washbasin materials were designed on the basis of a modified polymer base, thanks to which the washbasins are more durable
and more durable than standard mineral cast basins. In addition, these two washbasin materials are also characterized by their smooth and warm surface, resistance to temperature fluctuations and UV radiation, stain and impact resistance
and easy repairability.
• Cleaning & Care:
The ultra-hygienic surface allows for easy cleaning. It should only be cleaned with a soft
Sponge/cloth and sand-free liquid cleaners or the Cramer special cleaner "Mineral-Star"
and mineral cast cleaners.
• Repair:
The additional coating also protects the mineral cast washbasin
from damage. In case of major damage, a repair kit can be used.

Glazed ceramic is very durable, heat-resistant and scratch-proof. The smooth and easy-care surface is resistant to commercially available cleaning agents and is ideal for bathrooms and toilets. Hard objects falling onto the surface can cause cracks and damage to the surface. Metal objects can also leave abrasion marks. These grey lines, which are very similar to cracks, can be easily removed with a special cleaner without damaging the glaze.
• Cleaning & Care:
Commercially available bathroom or vinegar cleaners can be used. For gentle yet thorough cleaning, we recommend the Email-Star from Cramer. Metal abrasion can be removed most effectively with the Cramer bathtub rubber.
• Repair:
Minor damage can be repaired with the Cramer repair touch-up pen, and larger impact damage to the cymbal wheel can be repaired with the repair kit. Unfortunately, stress cracks and hairline cracks cannot be repaired.

Solid Surface is 100% solid throughout the entire product, free of pores and cavities and has an exceptional surface quality. Furthermore, the washbasin is solid, impact-resistant, heat-resistant and easy to clean. In addition, the homogeneous material can be reworked at any time, so that the value of the surface is maintained for a long time.
• Cleaning & Care:
For daily cleaning, we recommend using a soft cleaning cloth. For stubborn dirt, you can use a mild abrasive cleaner or a scouring pad.
• Repair:
Discoloration or small scratches can be removed with sandpaper (grain size 400).
