Because we use our good contacts to order directly from the manufacturers and pass on the purchasing advantages of these good contacts to you in our sales prices.

Parcel delivery:
Standard shipping for accessories usually takes 5-10 business days.
Freight delivery:
The delivery times of the furniture manufacturers depend on the ordered (configured) products. The current delivery times can be found here .
We deliver directly from the manufacturer to you, which shortens waiting times compared to many furniture stores.
How are the products delivered?
How are the products delivered?
Smaller products, such as a towel holder, are delivered by a parcel service (e.g. DHL, DPD, GLS or Hermes).
Larger products, such as a bathroom furniture set, are delivered on a pallet by a furniture removal company .

We currently only ship within Germany (except islands such as Sylt).

Do I have a right of return?
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods you can withdraw from the purchase and have the right to return your goods without giving any reason.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with tags still attached and with all original packaging.
Please note: According to Section 312g (2) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 355 BGB ff.) does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Do I have a warranty on the products and if so, for how long?
Yes. The manufacturers all have a statutory warranty of 2 years.
Despite the high quality standards of our suppliers and regular inspections, it may happen that your product has a defect. In this case, you have the right to claim the statutory warranty. This is valid for 2 years from delivery to the consumer. Please send an email with a short description, a few pictures and your order details to support@jbliving.de .

If you discover a defect in your delivery, you can quickly and easily send it to support@jbliving.de with a short description, a few pictures and your order details by email. We will take care of your defect as quickly as possible together with the manufacturer.
